I won super auction 5834 but I have not received the manderin duck. I cannot think of any reason why I did not get it. Is that a bug?

Problem solved. I received a message that I did not pay on time and that my company was harmed. At the same time I received a message that I won another auction. This time accompanied by a message with a link to the page where I can pay for the auction. Why did not I get that message when I won my first auction? This is annoying.
