Shared ownership.
You can sell parts of your subdivisions, retaining management. The profits are then shared. The ownership can be re-sold.
Loses should be shared too, but, alas, being the game as it is, allowing such ease to create price-transfers, that would be too easy to achieve.
So:
I´d make each subdivision have its own treasury. Then it could lend, getting a rent, and it could go bust.
Only a general idea, maybe too game changing. But, just imagine, how fun!
Edit1:
Say, each year the manager decides how much of the profits will go to the owners, and how much is kept in the subdivision´s treasury for expenses, and so on.
So, you then become an owner-investor.
No more need of a stock market. You´ve got it. Capitalism on wheels. |
