Add the possibility to sell off old equipment in factories and laboratories for recycling.
 
A new factory: Recycling plant which would produce Steel and Plastic with reduced quality from the discarded machinery from factories and laboratories.
 
This would mean that when replacing machinery to upgrade you would get some money back for the old machines which is more realistic.
 
Another option would be to have a system like in farms, you could move your old machinery to the "machinery pen" in the factory and then offer it for sale to other players.

Add a store to Gas stations.
 
Possible to sell Coffee, Tea, Sweets, Chocolate, Cigarettes, Energy Drink, Juice, Soft drinks and Press.
 
Sale prices would be higher than in stores. Sales levels would depend on frequentation of the gas station.

why limit it to gas stations? Same goes for hospitals: flowers, chocolates, press, ...
 
why limit it to stores? At a hospital, you might open up a restaurant. Even at large stores (shopping malls?) you often find places to eat.
 
So maybe some sort of extra option could be added to tie some subdivisions together? Gas stations might also benefit from the presence of a shop. Hospitals won't benefit from restaurants or shops :-) Shops will benefit from their restaurants (and vice versa).

example: you want to open 5 identical factories.
 
If possible: after going through all the steps to open up a factory, ask me how many of this type of factory I would like. Maybe I could just input "5" et voilà...
 
Else: remember everything I clicked to open up the factory and just make me click the "next" button everytime. This would at least save me the hastle of looking exactly what type of factory I want, where I want it, what size, ... It would in effect save me half the clicks without it costing admin a single page view.
 
In any event: set the highest free technology level as the default technology level for my new factory. Now I have to scroll down and click it every time. Why? If I have tech 24, why would I open a factory at tech 1?? The extra click seems futile (but it isn't if you have to open up 30 factories), but there is Always the danger of clicking the wrong technology level and forking up 25Bn for a technology you are not even qualified to use...

You've all seen it happen: a world reknowned retailer announces they are coming to your area. People start being overexcited for no reason in the final week before the grand opening. The city does some infrastructural effort to accommodate the new mega-store that will bring so many jobs. The police even have to interfere on the day of the grand opening. People just elbow their way in. Even after this type of store is open for a while, the status of the company (and infrastructural advantage) will easily bring it more visitors given the same advertising expense as an unknown retailer.
 
Now, to the virto-world. Is it inconceivable that if a company that is top-10 in a realm's retail rankings would open up a new store, there would be similar effects? What I'm actually proposing is that there should be more visitors in stores of top-retailers.
 
Example:
#1: +50% bonus
#2: +40%
#3: +30%
#4 - 5: +20%
#5 - 10: +10%

Silly suggestion here:
 
to increase retention of new players, create some cities for newbies to start in. There the cities are given low-level benefits like husbandry, fitness, etc.
 
There, they can compete against each other while learning strategies and understanding how to run a business.
 
After level 7 management or lower, they get booted out into the real world.
 
Probably not a feasible idea though. To you

Add Bank to the game. Credits loans complete system, with different rates depending on country. CREDIT CARDS market, As well possibility of p2p loans and transfers. It could also increase retail possibilities and market's sizes.
Very nice thing would be taking yourself a loan and giving warranty with assets that became locked, in a way borrowing money either from game or another player,who can provide the amount and credit to you. Similar to bonds but there is no escape or fraud, also different kind of return and %.
 
Real Estate, apartments housing and such,
 
Network operator grid ,internet and tv, something alike to power plants. Also could be related to political influence.
 
Recycling factories - As i think similar said thing mentioned already, recycling machines and equipment, output with lowered quality and resale. It would basically just spend energy.(and machines Well ),

one of the most important features of the European Union if not THE most important feature is that it's a customs union. This has been the case since 1957. Yet, in this game, this isn't the case.
 
Here's a suggestion for Mary: change the semantics of countries and regions. Create "European Union" at what is now the country level. Put the member states at what is now the region level. Abolish the regions within these countries. It's not really useful to have France and Germany split up, is it? It's not really quintessential to our game experience.
 
In practice, Mitsofos will be promoted from governor of the south of france to Président de la République and Luis becomes Reichskansler instead of just the governor of east germany. But their powers remain the same as they are now, just over a larger region with more cities.
 
The heads of state in Estonia, Greece and Poland might not be too happy about all of this, but if we give the head of the EU position to Luis, he might be ok, so we just need some compensation for Priority Aerphost... (the clean thing to do, would be to hold elections, notice that luis won them, and then offer compensation to Priority Aerphost, of course)
 
EDIT: looks like you could do it on Lien too. GMoney would become the head of the entire EU, rather than just Estonia.
