Over the last week I've been logging into the new realm, everything seeming good but over the last couple of turns I've realised that the game is turning salaries to 0 and equipment needs repaired ingredients from 100% broken every turn. I don't know whether it's a bug or if anyone else is have this but it costing me alot stopping me in being competitive.
 
If anyone knows what's going on, please post down bellow,

Are you using the HR manager? lf you set it to Q1.00 workers and it keeps adjusting to C1.00 salary then it's a bug with the HR manager unless you disabled it and entered the qualification in the box next to salary.

Thanks Jayman, Salary seems to be working now, but why are machines at 90% + wear and tear, when they should last 10 virt years and it's been almost 3 months?

Your employees broke the equipment because they weren't qualified and didn't know what they were doing.
