Hi,
We supply raw materials to the textile industry. We mainly supply different types of materials like cotton and silk, which is used to make clothes. My old office space was small and it was not able to store all the raw materials. At times, a lot of stock piles up and it may take some time to supply it to the customers. My business is also expanding and I have more customers demanding raw materials.
So I am thinking of shifting to a better and larger area. I do not want a separate building as my office and another building to store the raw materials. I thought it would be better if I could incorporate both my office and storage area in the same building. That is when I heard about pre-engineered steel buildings being used for such purposes. It is very spacious, long lasting and low on budget too. But my question is, would it be apt for storing cloth items? What about its safety?

I apreciete roleplay value  of the post.

If there is not enought space inside your factories, you may create raw materials warehouse. It is dirty and cheap.
