My friend Asura24, a new player, has asked for help. What should Asura24 do as a beginning player? I'm hoping everyone can throw out a few thoughts to help.
A few things to hit on may be how to raise a qualification and how to think about stores as a low qualification player.
It wasn't so long ago as I started as a new player. Here is my advice:
1. Study and understand a qualification mechanics. This is key. Plenty of materials are available.
2. Donwload xio script - especially qualification is much much easier using this script
3. Make a market analysis - find markets where you can get decent prices for what is available on the wholesale market. Use retail report (available in the help section of the forum) from Cobra. In my experience you can find good deals on most types of products, with the exception of rare ones which are the ones that require paid resources. Clothes, foodstuff, groceries, drugstore might be easiest to start as there is plenty of supply on the world market and you can buy most of the products below retail prices
4. With regard to retail - start by building 1000 sqm stores and slowly upgrade them to bigger stores when your qualification rises. Smaller markets, not interesting for bigger players, might be interesting to start
5. Start with up to four stores and slowly grow as your qualification increases. Then start adding services and factories after you increase your management qualification a couple of levels.

I already download that script, but i don't understand how to use this script and raise qualifiaction (i just know, it can set the price, policy, tech, etc based what we choose), can you explain it, please ?
I nearly went bankrupt a couple of times in the beginning because I built too many factories too soon.
Yeah, and now i'm my company is close to bankruptcy LOL
Thanks for advice guys
Btw, i want ask again
Are we just get 3 points from daily bonus or can get up to 6 points from there ?
And if i already have 5 points, are buy a Copper Mountain set is worth to me ? (Because the sets is Black Gold, Prospector, and Copper Mountain)
There is a wiki page on GitHub that explains all functional buttons in Xioscript. Read the threads on qualification growth in this forum, the basic idea is to utilize fully top1 and top3, which is set as 'target' or green text in Xioscript. Try to win a few contest prize -- bonus qualification makes it MUCH easier to grow.
Retail is a good way to make money. Some small market can offer big profit. The retail price will continue rising if no human play is selling, up to a preset limit.
Copper and oil are both useful, depending on your plan. Comes with it is a bonus on qualification (management and production, if i remember correctly). That's very helpful at the beginning, but be careful when the bonus expires, you'll have to cut staff (set to holidays). So don't build too many factory/labs in one region. The number of office workers required depends mostly on the total area and number of staff under management.
I recommend focussing on the "free" qualifications at first, e.g. production, management, livestock, commerce, marketing, service sector and science.
Venturing into the other qualifications will come as you grow the above, though most of them (the cash cows) require supplies only available from state enterprises. Those supplies are rather expensive to buy on the whole sale market, sometimes in scarce supply, and require good knowledge of the markets because you'll work with small profit margins.
Whereas buying your own state enterprises for those supplies will require real cash investment, and the qualification growth of these sectors (mining, fishing, agriculture) are disappointingly slow unless you spend really big money to max out the qualification growth.
I'd start a trial company for training and not invest to much (or nothing) in state enterprises at the beginning. Once you feel like having mastered the game mechanics, dump it and start a new company to go for the contests. I would not start that on more than one realm simoultaneously because winning the contest of presidents can be very time consuming, so that you'll need a couple weeks of holiday after it. Instead, cut the challenge into half and start on the other realm once you've won in the first one.

There's a point (price/volume/quality mix) which makes independent supplier's price raise and allows human play to raise price a few % every day, too. If store's (price/volume/quality/ mix) is to high or low, the opposite will apply.

Actually, the worker's qualification and advertising in an office and it's stores have an equal, if not larger effect on the office's workload. The worst workload suckers at low qualification levels are larger warehouses.
Maximum computer quality and highest possible worker qualification massively reduces a office's required workload/worker quantity and allows spreading subdivisions to more regions instead. A long-term guideline of for example 40-50% always free workload per office returns great flexibility for short-time issues like tender stores with max. advertising, temp. warehouses and so on. See also keyword "dummy office".
Selling 500 units per store of one item, lets say in 10 stores/cities each, can make a lot more profit than selling 5000 units in a single store. Micro management and opportunity chasing will fetch even higher profits, but i personally found it easy to lose sight of the *big picture* and end up spending a lot more gaming time than what i actually wanted, and doing a lot less than what i wanted.
Ok, after this turn if my company not have a positive cash balance i will start over again xD

I just set the Advertise media to TV (which mostly effective than other media), but why my advertising effeciency still 0 ?
And if i start over, are worth to build Office, store, lab, Cowshed, and Restaurant ?
Yesterday i already Place an order to purchase a technical licence with set prize in $500.000, but today i not recieve a license while the Average price in market is $400.000. How it can be ? and how its work system ?
Advertising
The amount is maximized by your qualification, meaning that you cant advertise for high amount as a new player. I suggest to switch from TV to outdoor advertising, later radio. Wait with the TV until your qualification reaches level 10 from advertiaing.
Suggestions:
Concentrate on retail.
Open a few small shops in rich countries like the USA, Denmark, Mexico, Korea and Japan. Never open more than 2 shops per city. Check the market reports ( analytics/market analysis/city retail). You can check the business to business market, the supply of goods under the (analytics/market analysis/products).
I checked the market reports and the Mexican city of Guadalajara will be most happy to recieve a new food store. Not to mention that there is a shortage of window whasers and anti freeze. You can make a lot of money of trading these goods. Open a shop in the city centre, spend 30000 on outdoor adcertising, order some food, anti freeze or window washers and thats it
Use indexes when comparing the markets of different cities.
It would take a lot of time to compare all of the goods in all cities, so better choose only a few and compare only thos, because those few goods may represent the situation of the whole market.
I use the following:
Foodstuff - bread and cheese
Grocery - beer and candies
Automotive - tires and window washers
Electronics - game consoles, refrigarators
Etc.
