Hi I've done advertising for my products but for my soft drinks, brand quality is not showing up. Why?

did you start advertising after you produced these soft drinks? If so: any product that was already produced will always have 0 brand. Newly produced product should have the brand you have gained through advertising.

Ah I think the issue is something else entirely... I just discovered I tend to have problems advertising certain things... I just can't add them. So I sent an email to customer support, hopefully they respond! Very we!

Yes.
 
The issue has been resolved. I emailed tech support who advised me that scripts could interfere with the game.
 
So now, I just disable the scripts or use IE whenever I need to advertise some products/a store. Well
