New players for the first 30 days can buy bonus packs for 5 points. (oil well, gold mine....) If you were to buy these packs do they expire at the end of your 30 days and then your mine goes away or do you get to keep it. And you just bought it at a cheaper rate? Thanks in advance.

Do note, mines, oil wells, do have resources that deplete as you extract them. Farms and the likes do not deplete.
