Fishing factory ships now have graphic structure of cost price.

We have added the fishing ranking.
The ranking is calculated according to the total cost of the assets belonging to the subdivisions "Fishing factory ships".
The Top-5 receive the Professional Fisherman badge
 
Improvement of the service "Steward-repairman":
- there is now an option "Do repairs every update", when the automatic assistant repairs the equipment (or treats animals) every update, even at minimal technical wear (or sickness);
- you can now upgrade the equipment (animals) up to the quality you indicate by means of a chosen supplier.
 
We have improved the page "Company / Management / Technologies". There is a new option of the group installment of technological licences.
 
With the growth of qualification "extra" experience (which used to disappear) will remain (the progress is not zeroed).
 
Reports
 
The guest view of companies in "Company products" will not reflect all products which could be preserved at the company's warehouses.
 
In addition, the reports which are not relevant anymore have been removed from the guest pages of business units.
 
We have made some corrections to the marketing reports of the section "Movement of goods" (the problems when reflecting the companies are fixed, etc.)
 
In all reports (and other pages with floating menu for choosing country/region/city) there is now an alphabetic filter of cities in the list, we also added corresponding flags.
 
We have added the imaging of bonuses in units: on the Production tab there are quality bonuses reflected (any kinds of them), and on the main page of farms there is now a corporate land use bonus reflected (if you have one).

For your entertainment, and also in order to broaden your knowledge in the geography of our players there is now a widget on the Top-100 page which reflects the residences of the users who visited the page.

As it has been mentioned previously, two system message filters have been added: one blocks all messages regarding the changes in rent and energy tariffs, environment safety requirements, and other macroeconomic indicators; the other blocks the messages that bankrupt companies are not able to buy out their bonds;  
 
Fuel sales will affect private persons‘ decision in mayor elections;

Today we present 3 new updates which are small but they will have a significant effect on game play for some players
 
1. From now on livestock farms can't produce goods without animal feed! Changes will affect only the production formula and nothing else. The idea is simple: no animal feed - no output product! Although there will be 5% feed discount for animals. It means that if a farm have 95%+ animal feed required, it will keep 100% productivity.
 
2. More messages now grouped: not enough animal feed, dying animals and messages about breaking contracts due to low quality (one message for buyer and one for supplier).
 
3. Assets evaluation for all subdivisions purchased with points is done. Assets value of mines, sawmills, fishing bases and villas will be equal to their cost of point where each points = 1 billion.

Small clarification from me:
1 - For years game had a "bug". Farms with high technologies produced more animal than such farms lose due to no feed. Some people abused it and they didn't have to feed their animals at all, they would just "repair" their farms often.
3 - Farms and plantations stay valued at much higher assets value using different and more complicated formula.

You have to select any country first, then either use the tab menu or the second link.

Required amount of cash / points for starting a new contest of Tycoons reduced by 50%
The Contest for Tycoons begins when the required donations (25 trillion or/and 500 points) were collected
It used to be 50 / 1000

The mechanic of franchise and trade mark products for restaurants and auto services was simplified. In the past bonus to number of visitors could only get products where have not been any mixing (mixing products from different producers). This was harmful to buyers of the franchise products who have bought those products from different producers. It was not possible to determine weather this product was made by one produces or by many because it doesn't shown in game's interface. That is why we decided to cancel the rule "one product = one producer"
 
Now bonus to the number of visitors from trade mark/franchise is calculated based on the highest brand value in the city where restaurant / auto service is located

Small fix: bonuses (to # of visitors) for services from franchisees and trade mark products will be given only in case a player has all such products in the warehouse (not all products positions but all units must be TV/franchise for a one product). Previously players could just have 1 unit of TM (Trade Mark) / franchise products to get the maximum bonus.

Small changes for producing quality below realm's average which slows down qualification growth.
 
Now this penalty does not apply in case realm's average quality is higher quality than theoretically possible.
 
Formula for "theoretically possible" (TP) quality:  8х(Top manager's qualification without bonuses)^(1.3/3).
 
Clarification:
- If you produce goods with quality higher  than average* you get no growth penalty
- If you produce goods with quality lower  than average but this quality is higher then TP, you get no growth penalty
- If you produce goods with quality lower  than average and this quality is lower then TP, you get a growth penalty
 
*average = average quality in the realm
 
This applies to production, livestock, etc.

We continuing interface improvements. Meet the new technology page which is currently available for all factories
 
Features:
 
- Required top manager qualification for a certain level of technology
- Output modifier. 100% is a nominal output (productivity) which is shown in the reference page
- A link to all tech offers for each tech added. Therefore you can see who selling a certain technology and at which price
- Technologies which you researching at the moment are shown in this page as "Current research"
- Design and visual updated. Looks a bit neater than it used to be
- You can still use old interface and switch to it at any moment
 
We are planning to continue our work on new design for the rest of subdivisions.
