I. The basic principles 1. The fine on amount of enterprises will be canceled. What will be important for the new system – is number of workers; 2. The system of qualification growth will be modified: every player will be able to improve qualification all the time, even on very high levels and without paying. Speed of qualification growth will change, depending on the current level, from very fast to very slow; 3. The whole system will become more predictable, and the company operation will become more stable. 4. There will be much less possibilities of unfair qualification growth; 5. There will be more correlations between various game factors. For example, correlation between employees qualification and equipment quality. II. About clones In the new conditions it won’t be that profitable to use clones. These are the basic reasons: 1. As result of fine cancellation (see item 1), there won’t be any need to create a clone for every branch; 2. The “Management” qualification will become more important, so the player will have to rise it for every clone, what is not as convenient as basic account development. 3. We suppose, that it will be more reasonable to invest time and power into one company. It means that one Manufacturer of 60th level will be better than two Manufacturers of 30th level. III. Details There is a lot of information concerning the stated-above innovations, so in this announcement we only can tell a couple of new things: 1. You will see the biggest changes in your Office work. For example, we’ll introduce requirements for equipment and employees qualification. Those offices? which are in charge of regions with plenty of high-tech enterprises, will have to correspond to this level; 2. A small wearing will reduce efficiency only after it reaches certain level, which depends on equipment quality; 3. Qualification growth will depend only on the fact of its functional usage, and not on player’s conventional rate of success. In other words, it will depend on player’s enterprises loading rate; 4. Parameters of qualification growth are not settled yet, however we count on possibility of natural growth up to the 50th level for half of real year (in the most ideal conditions). IV. Schedule Stage №1: the reference system of qualifications: it will be possible to see the future efficiency of your enterprises in a reference section; Stage №2: the qualification system; Stage №3: the new system of qualification growth; Stage №4: interface solutions (like new efficiency tips); Stage №5: revision of HELP section Stage №1 will be implemented in the beginning of October 2009. |

| ok i have some questions:
1. i thought that until now, qualification growth was related to efficiency maintained in the various companies, plus some general parameters. Does it mean efficiency will no longer be they key factor to grow qualification? We will be able to create thousands of subdivisions - up to a certain level - without effecting efficiency? 2. state enterprises owned by clones, are they transferable or do you expect 5/month for each account to keep them 3. you give us 2 options effective 5 of october: - pay 5 usd per month or business will be gone after 14 days OR - pay 18 usd per month/ 100 per year and subscribe to Anna start a completely new business/ buying new mines etc 4-. is it possible the developer can dedicate a few days and start a dialog on the board, accept votes from users and within reasonable time implement suggested interface improvements and maybe some script-requiring functions which will ENHANCE GAME EXPERIENCE and SAFE TIME when playing without bleeding through the nose for buying game points beyond those 5$. |

number of employees, according to the reference section for qualification already introduced, says i need 16+ for production and 15+ for management, other players have quoted something like 24+ and 40+ for production - their current Q more than 1/2 or 1/3 of requirement. is the new system of qualification to be introduced in December some time going to crash our production??? of the top 10 players with the most turnover, only TWO players have qualification for production > 15: amantes1 and craminu can only guess the other 8 top players would need a much higher production Q, and 'we' have less than 2 weeks. so will all the top players (maybe minus the two notable ones) all crash with the new qualification requirements - along with the rest of us bunnies? admin, what will be the 'penalty' for not having enough Q? will efficiency seriously go down to maybe 30% and production suffer greatly??? and if production decreases dramatically, will that not affect qualification growth as well - so we would then be in a vicious cycle.... not enough Q, production decrease. Q grows slowly or not at all. eventually expenses ovetakes revenue, we go bankrupt unless we buy lots of points to increase Q??? |

my efficiency is allready so low...so i'm fireing my employes so the efficiency will rise (hope so)...and as you said, qualification is not rising at all |

| Tech and advertising play a big part in efficiency. Reducing these will help increase top manager % and therefore overall %. I'd rather produce a lower quality than quantity, I can barely get enough of some goods as it is. amantes1 and craminu have production quali greater than 15 because they have many factories. With the old (current) system of quali growth it will increase more quickly if you have more enterprises. I'm guessing their requirement will also be much higher than a lot of other players. New quali system will be based on enterprise loading rate. Even if efficiency crashes it should still increase at a decent rate as long as you keep the loading high. Loading is easy to keep high, just make sure equip and employees are at max and you have enough raw materials. Part of the new system is increasing the rate at which quali increases. "4. " quali 50 in 6 months is quite fast, considering the diminishing return of higher levels. quali 15 should be achieveable within 2-3 weeks. I'm waiting to see the effect the change will have, but I'm preparing to cut back advertising, employee salaries and reduce tech levels if efficiency goes too low. |

| on current Q system, have found with lower tech factories, it didn't matter so much. with higher techs - 5 - 8, can't have full load for my factories. for my tech 6 factories, can only have 1850 to 1870 workers (have production Q of 10 right now). all my factories at 100. try it

| well...efficiency has risen for 0.3 % at every enterprise (factory, store, mill,...) And i cut the brand advertising in all cities that i sell my goods...so the advertising have not a lot of impact on general efficiency if you ask me | |||||||
