I wonder...If I buy 21 points, do I get with bonus 42 of them? or i have to buy just 20 of them to get them 40 with the bonus?

It seems the bonus points offer is only up to 19 points.
 
On another thread there is mention of a player spending $7000 on points and getting 7000 bonus points. I think maybe this is why it was changed..
