1 What the use of laboratory?
 
2 Equipment Quantity is 50pcs. Quality is 2.00(required is 2.30). So how would i remove these 50 to buy new quality equipment.

On the same page as when you 'buy' equipment, at the bottom are 3 different 'tabs':  'buy equipment', 'repair equipment' and 'remove equipment'. You just input how many to remove then back to buy equipment and buy a higher quantity. Might have to mess around with different qualities to get to what you  want.
 
Labs are for researching new technology for your factories or farms so that you can produce higher quality items.
