 The rules Contest for directors: 3. A new CD starts every Tuesday (first counted update - from Tuesday to Wednesday); in case there are less than 30 participants, it is delayed for a week. The results are summarized during the update between Monday and Tuesday (in case of technical failures or holidays – during the next working update); 10. If the ranking leader is bankrupt or is on the edge of bankruptcy on the day of determining the final results, the victory goes to the participant next to him/her in the ranking. The rules Contest for presidents: 5. There are three stages in the contest: qualification, group stage, and the final part. All stages start on the first Tuesday of the month. Qualification and group stage last three calendar weeks regardless of update failures. Final stage lasts seven updates. During the qualification and the group stage the first counted update happens from Tuesday to Wednesday, at the final stage we take into account the tenders that happened from Monday to Tuesday; 17. If the ranking leader is bankrupt or is on the edge of bankruptcy on the day of determining the final results, the victory goes to the participant next to him/her in the ranking. Repealed Chapter 4-8 Appendix to Law №1 (Sale of companies) In Law №1 "General law" added two Chapters: Chapter #2 «Bankruptcy» Chapter #3 «Corporations» Auctions for the Virtonomics money: 19. Transactions between game characters managed by one participant (clones) are forbidden. 20. Target sale of property via the system of sales, as well as transactions with the following return of profit to the property buyer (or with previous transaction of assets for making the purchase to the buyer’s account) are forbidden. Chapter №1 "Actions against profiteering" (Law №1 "General law"): 2.11. It is forbidden to use game characters managed by the same player (clones) in: -any of the regular and not regular contests and tenders on all realms; -transaction of VIRTs between them regardless of how they were obtained; -participation of different subdivisions in the same auction lot with the purpose of buying/selling property, as well as increasing the price of the object of sale. 6.8. Participation in auction of the Market of Enterprises is only allowed for the players with the basic qualification level in Management from 1 to 3 (not counting awarded bonuses). 6.9. Constructing, rent and buying of enterprises of the size 4 or higher is only allowed for the players with the basic qualification level in Management starting at 5 (not counting awarded bonuses). 6.10. Participation in contests is only allowed for the players with the basic qualification level in Management starting at 5 (not counting awarded bonuses). 6.11. Participation in auctions is only allowed for the players with the basic qualification level in Management starting at 7 (not counting awarded bonuses). 6.12.Group messaging is only allowed for the players with the basic qualification level in Management starting at 7 (not counting awarded bonuses). 6.13. In order to be able to obtain prizes in regular contests of non-subscription realms a player must have at least 10th level of Management (not counting awarded bonuses) by the moment of contest completion. |
