Downtown is usually just a bunch of skyscrapers, dirty streets, and has absolutely nothing to do, even shopping. No any sign of life after 6pm when offices close. All the shops are usually outside of the downtown, in suburbs, where people live. Of course things are different in such tourist places as NYC, LA, Boston... Well

When I move mouse cursor to user's awards at forum (left part - where located user's name,logo...), I can see something like this:

it is award of user Argon2, page:

I think it's incorrectly, because on other PCs (without Russian Windows) it will looks strange...
