Hey! Can you please add factories that are currently being upgrading to "Under Construction" section.

The reason is that i can't calculate how many workers i will need in total if all will be ready.

This can create excess duality as you wouldn't know what is upgrated and what is initially created.
To add another tab of "In process of upgrade" may be a good idea though.
It can be very usefull for labs and factories.
