Hello

I have an office with 20 workers, required is ~19
I have 532 workers beneath it, spreaded in 4 subdivisions.
(500 workers in a factory, 10 in a laboratory, 10 in a mill, 12 in a store)

I have 3 in management.
The office is fully computerized.
And staff effeciency should be about 100%

However, my administrative load should be about 12.7% and my topmanager effeciency should be about 61.40%

So the overall work efficiency is about 37.70%

How do i increase administrative load and topmanager efficiency?

More office workers? or less?

your administrative load should always be <100% if you want to have 100% efficiency.

Your problem is probably that your Top1 doesn't allow you to have 20 people working in that office.

If you look at the table, a management skill of 3 would allow you to have 15 people with a qualification of 1.5 in 1 office.

Toy around with it a bit: for instance: send the workers in the laboratory on holiday and see what the impact on your required staff for the office is.

Office efficiency, as you'll probably know, is key, because it determines the efficiency in all subdivisions it controls.

The qualification of my office workers are 4.67

Shouldn't I be able to have 30 office workers?
