Greetings. I have been making a decent starting on the game. But I maybe rushed a bit and built my own factory. As a result, overall efficiency has decreased, thus reducing the profits of my stores, which are the base for my operations.
Is there a way to "turn the factory off" so I can return to a decent level of efficiency for my stores? Or have I screwed it by starting the factory? |

| With so little information I cannot say what to do for sure. Is the problem that your office efficiency is reduced after you built the factory? The office affects efficiency of all subdivisions in the region. If that is the case, check if you have fewer workers than required in the office. Hiring a few more there may fix the problem. Also, it sounds like you have your whole company in a single region. Spreading yourself out over several regions (2-4 is a good start) will allow you to operate more subdivisions in total. |

| No, no. The problem comes from my "low qualification level" in Management. I have the required 8 workers in main office, all of them operating with a computer. Stores also have the required workers. As for factory, it has 88 workers with proper equipment there too. They all (at factory) are currently on Holiday at 5 bucks per week, until I can get a good way to restore my stores activities. Basically, the factory has become a burden right now. Any way to fix it, other than raising my own skills? | |||||

| Well, you can close the factory or try selling it (links at the top of the factory page). You would loose a lot of money by closing it though. | |||||||

OK, I finally managed to put it all back in order. Thanks for the tips. |
