Hey all. The fishing base enterprises came in while I was inactive. Is it only possible to purchase them through game auctions? And how did these players obtain fishing bases in the first place? Thanks, this might be an obvious question. Just realized this existed. lol.

Build? I know that you can purchase mines for game points. but when I went to the "Fishing Base" tab, there was nothing. Thanks for the reply.
