I have no skills in mining. Imagine I purchase a mine that has tech 15 installed. I would have to install a low tech in order to get started. Then after a lot of time, I reach mining skill 22, allowing me to operate a lvl 15 tech. Can I then just change the tech level back to 15 for free or do I need to purchase it (or buy a license)?
Any difference for a factory? Imagine I buy a factory with a tech that is out of my league for now. I install a lower tech. Then after some time, my skill has improved enough: can I just set the tech level back to what it was when I purchased it, or do I have to buy that tech (license)?
