Is there some change in that ? I keep reducing my employees, but to no avail. The top efficiency is capped.
My factory qualification is 10. At least I can manage 400 workers, but not. The table even allows up to 600.
The factory tech is 16. Microprocessor.

Yes, I have checked it. My mistake. I forgot to see the office efficiency. The funny thing is when I have to readd workers back to 600, the efficiency does not return to 44%, but decreased to 39.4% from 40% (400). Haha

Please ignore my previous post. The problem persists.

I have checked the post by tech.

Qualification : Factory
Tech : 16: 9.19
Factory qualification : 10

Maximum workers : 600

Well, the table I failed to see. Tech lvl 11 max.
So, I need to purchase that business by 'point' as fast as I can to increae qualification.

May I ask you how long does it take to grow agriculture qualification when they only yield (work) once a year ?
