Hey im new to this and i seem to be spending a lot of money on stock and some sells and some don't. can anyone tell me why? I also would like to know if when i find a supplier will they automatically keep supplying me with goods each day or do i have to keep ordering more? (which i think i've been doing?) if there is anything else you feel i should know other than this subject feel free to post but if anyone could help me that would be great! Oh one more thing should i close down my mill? it keeps making a loss and the flour i produce is too expensive and no one buy's it.. i can't buy it from my self because i wont be making no money on it at all just a loss? Help Please

| Because of incorrect retail strategy. Use 1 store = 1 department and your sales will go up significantly. Also pay your attention to price/quality of goods: try to order quality a bit higher than average and retail it at average price.
The answer to the second question: supply is automatic. Is the loss relatively big comparing to your day profit? If no, just let it stay as this mill induces your qualification in production to grow. |

| so what your saying is i should sell a lot of different things in one store? i should sell the same product? and well my mill is using up to like 15k daily loss and i would prefer if it wasn't making a loss at all.. i have moved all my grain to a warehouse that i just opened up so that i can try to sell that? and then i can close down the mill with out loosing all that it has in stock? Correct? + i should open up a lot more stores to sell different products? even though i sell the products in one store and people still buy them? doesn't that mean i have to use more staff in which case more funds? also the rent of the building? and one more question.. does the size of the store make much of a difference? enough to cover the more expensive rent? |

| VLLord is sayiong that in a single store you should stick to products in a single category. Like for example 1 store for "Foodstuff" products , 1 store for "Jewelry" products. Since you need higher manager level if you have a store wich sells for example both "foodstuff" & "Jewelry" products
As for multiple shops it will cost you more in rent & personel , but the important thing is you should do some market research before openeing a shop. Cause you must see that at least you can supply your store with producta you can sell.
