My work efficiency is not updated when I clicked it. It updated just one time every few minutes and even hours.
This bothersome when changing numbers to adjust efficiency.
Previously, it changes every time I make changes.
 
Is it only available for the first few days, bug, or do I have to pay ?
 
Side note : I have problem. A very troublesome problem.
For office how to setup workers efficiency regarding equipment technology, number of required workers, adn quality ?
I sent many divisions's workers on holiday, but the required number of workers only corrensponded to the equipment tech. I have not tried closing the divisions. Before regretting that decision, if wrong, does anyone know how to solve this ?
I have read top1 and 3 and set accordingly for the general level.

The data shown at work efficiency link updates every 15 minutes.
 
If the subdivisions require more than the office can handle put some on holidays. No matter what tech or qualification they have, or how many workers, they do not utilize the office.

Unfortunately, the number of required workers correspond with the number of divisions.
While the workload correspond with the total workers.
My total active workers for the office to control is 27 something after sending some divisions away on vacation. When I closed the divisions, it helped reduce workers required.
 
And why do I have worker's efficiency of 33.1% while the top 3 allows that to 91% and office is at 39.4% ? Shouldn't it be 39.4% ?

About that 15 minutes.. It seems weird. It happens randomly that stats are updated faster than 15 minutes. Less than 2 I guess. Some even instantly when I clicked it.
 
Nice info, btw. I gotta learn to be patient and multitask better.

In the picture, we can see that maximum allowed efficiency is higher than what actually happened in previous update. The top manager efficiency allowed higher efficiency. WHy did this happen, again ?

Top1 is overloaded (see table). You need to reduce the quality of computers and hire more employees.

I know it is overloaded. But, isn't it supposed to be capped at 90.6%, instead of 82.1 % ? The other divisions (other than office) is treated llike that by system. How to count that number, then ?

Anyone knows how to count that ?

Only Diska knows the exact formula. This number depends on top1/top3 load balance and some other factors, so it's very difficult to evaluate it.
