Hi all,
 
I just started this game a couple days ago. So far so good. Used the uncle's gift and got all parts to make a profit. Now I'm thinking about getting a second shop in a different city. When looking around I noticed it looked like some of the big sellers weren't offering all products in their stores. So my question is, should I try to offer all available options (like when I have a food department, should I offer all different kinds of food) or should I concentrate on the ones that make the biggest profit? Does that amount of different kinds of products of the same department have any influence on the amount of visitors? Or any the overall profitability of the store?

You should concentrate on the ones that make the biggest profit first and in one department only.
 
Amount of visitors depends on the store reputation(store ads), service level of store and it efficiency. So as long as you sell products from of the same dept, it's good for the current level of your qualification.
 
Visitors, number of store depts, size, store warehouse loading result in some service lvl of the store.

I got some stores, and two of them sending me this message:
The use of the trade hall space is ineffective?
A got about 30 different product.
Is maybe this the problem?

this means that some of the store sections don't have goods and don't sell anything, i.e. there is a section, but it is useless, as it takes space, but does not sell anything
