I have read many forums on top manager qualification, employee and office/store efficiency etc
but i happen to be a little bit unclear about one thing which is: HOW Do I Maximize my Sales Volume to the Fullest Potential??? Many thanks to Vllord for helping and for his table about the top manager qualifications -- (My qualifications for commerce is 2 and my management is 3) According to the table -- it means that if my required qualifications for my employees is 2.40 -- then 30 will be the maximum store employees i can have -- unless i dont want maximum efficiency So to get maximum sales volume -- i will need to have the maximum employees (which is 30) that i can handle -- am i on the right track? (OR is there a way to calculate the exact right number of employees to get the maximum sales volume??) OK so if thats clear -- i got the last question: HOW Do I Know What is the Exact Number of Office Staffs to Ensure Maximum Efficiency? Is it also the same? Where I look at the table and just look at what is the maximum number i can have and tweak my office staff to that number? (If not, is there also a way to calculate a way to find that out? ) Because there was an incident when I first started, where my adminstration load was freaking 153% -- then i hired more office employees and it went to like 29% I felt like I was using unnecessary expenses when i could have fewer employees and get their adminstration load to around 80 to 90 percent and still have maximum efficiency. This means I can have maximum efficiency with fewer employees which is less expense which I really need to do. I try to ask my questions as clear as possible -- if some of the virtonomics veterans or people who thoroughly understand this topic can come and explain it here -- IT WOULD BE AMAZING XD XD Thanks so much guys, ManiaNames |

It's very simple. Your store reputation is low, try to advertise more. Higher store reputation is more customers come to your store and more you'll sell ;)
You don't know exact number. Just look your admin load in offices and hire employees so you have at least 10% free load |

The exceeding number of workers can increase the service level of the store and in such way increase the sales. Further to the sales increase, hiring of employees according to the tables maximize the qualification growth in commerce. |

Hi VLLord, does this mean that although the Store's service level is ELITE at 23 staff (min 15), I should go for the max. 100 staff supposing my Commerce Q is sufficient? Another scenario is, Store's service level is HIGH at 35 staff, and 100 staff makes no difference to the service level, do I still employ 100 staff for that Store, so I can max. on the Q growth? Thanks for your time, Mike |

- service level and sales won't change; - top1/top3 load will change, possibly in better direction.
The answer is the same. So if you need more employees to max growth, then hire them. |

| I really don't get the sales volume in tenders for last few weeks. I thought that if you have let's say 5 stores in city center the sales will drop, but in the game is vice versa. Some of player have 5 or more stores in same city district but they sell more than I do (also their Q is 3 times lower than mine, without brand also), store rep is almost the same as theirs and I have only 3 stores in the same district...what's the catch, I don't get it.

| I think I read something by Mike1 stating that you can sell the same type of product in different stores without punishment as long as they were produced by different companies?
Looking at the list, only the top 2 have the same quality and brand (is there a TM product maybe?). Besides that, I guess your competitor was quite motivated (opening that many stores for a tender)... Also, this doesn't answer your remark about the quality difference. Unless, of course, you were selling products by identical suppliers in those shops? A lot of guessing and assuming from my part; I hope there is some truth and help in it :-) |

Total salesl increase, but average sales for one store drop. ex. we have stores X,X and Y,Y,Y (supposed that number of visitors, quality and brand of goods, district, size, prices, service level etc. are equal) - 1 of X-stores sells more than any 1 of Y-stores (X>Y) - all X-stores sell less than all Y-stores (X+X<Y+Y+Y and it's true even for X+X<Z+Z+Z+Z+Z+Z+Z+...+Z) |

| did you test that with goods from different producers also? If I understood Mike1 correctly (my apologies if I didn't, Mike), there would not be a penalty. In other words: 1 of the x-stores would have the same sales as 1 of the y-stores: X=Y.
I'm quite sure there is no such penalty if you sell different types of products in the stores (eg electronics in 1 and motor car goods in the other). Maybe the lack of a penalty in this case is due to the manufacturers being different, not the products? |

Actually I haven't tested these cases at all, just had read through the russian forums and Wiki ![]() If the goods are from different producers, they say, that there will be no penalty. (Translated mechanically )Unique parameter is valid only within one company and one of the city. It describes how the goods in company stores in the city alike. That is, your shopping in one city does not affect the unique shops in the other. Also, the uniqueness of your stores do not affect stores of competitors. In determining the unique counts two parameters: the breadth and range of similarity. In determining the similarity of the goods in two different stores compared to the manufacturer (it may not be the company that sold you this product, and one which it was originally made). If the manufacturer is the same - you get a penalty for non-unique. For example, three absolutely identical range of goods from the store with the same manufacturer will have a unique 50%. Penalties for non-unique starting with the third store. Keep two identical stores in one city can be without any consequences in terms of lost sales. As the uniqueness of such stores will fall further. As a result, turnover of 10 completely identical stores will be only 4 times greater than one. |
