Download tables for the required top manager's qualifications you can here.
Top3
Top1
Short guide for newbies on top question
The number of employees you can handle at one subdivision (top1) and the total number of employees on profile qualification (top3) is limited by the top manager qualification. top3 For example, your qualification in production is 10. To know the max total number of employees in production open Top 3 table. Then find the row with qualification 10 and choose the column with production. Their crossing will give you 13051 employees. Hiring more employees will affect the efficiency of all factories. top1 Let's consider the same example. You need to hire employees for 8th technology and their required qualifaction is 5.28. Open the Factory table. Then find the column with 8th tech/Q5.28 and find the number 10. Then follow this row and find the the numbre 2500. This is the max number of employees with Q5.28 you can handle at qualification 10. (sometimes you can handle more employees, for the additional info see this topic) |

| Just a question so I'm reading this right lol.
In my household chemicals factory i have lvl 15 tech. And my production Qualification is only 10. So this means I can only have about 800 workers in that factory..? Just wondering because I invested quite a bit in state enterprises and sold them for $. And I bought some great techs for my new factories, and this brings a problem if I can only have 800 workers working. Am I seeing this right..? :S Thanks. |

| Made that same mistake a couple of months ago. I'm interested in tech 15 enterprises if you want to sell them :-)
I'm in clothes on Mary and electronics and motor car goods on Lien :-) |

@JustNash, I bought my techs sorry mate. I didn't research them. A question for you though, how did you manage to get out of this predicament? Just move to a lower tech level? |

I actually just bought enterprises with a tech level that was out of my league. For one of them, my production skill was only 1 increase short, so I just waited. For the other, it would've taken me a looong time (especially now with the extra brake). So I just sold that on again. If you own the techs, well then that will speed up your research in any case, so it's not all lost. :-) Besides that, it looks like you'll have to decide whether you scale back on the tech in those subdivisions, or sell them when you can (I don't know how long the waiting period is after introducing a new technology). In the latter case, I might be interested if the companies are in the right business field :-) Good luck! |
