Hi. I have question, let's say i am leaving today for 7 days vacation. Do i just send them to holiday to completely stop producing and stores and if i send them back to work, it's going to have 100% effec? Also, my warehouses will still ship to my stores products?

Depends on how long the vacation is. The requirements for personnel might rise, o some other changes might happen, so, it's not certain you'll have the same efficiency, but it's likely to be close to what you had.

Change to 0 orders of the stores with storage higher than 50 and rising.
If you see store with 15% or so increment of storage space per turn - set its orders to 0.
Set low advertisement expenses to avoid additional customers to your stores (additional mp needed).
Dont touch the factories.
The results won't be perfect but much better than if you just shut it all down.
