File updated with new coefficients and re-uploaded

Hey there,

I made this excel file for my own personal use while playing (since I don't like to search for values at tables all the time lol). I decided to post it here since it's being very helpful to me and I think it can helpful for someone else Well
It's related to the Required Qualification tables provided by VLLord, but with some automations (without macro's).

http://www.4shared.com/file/-rD3CH_p/Qualifications.html

Instructions
1) On the top right of the sheet you have your qualification levels (Commerce, Production, Stock Raising and Management). Input your current levels (they can be found in the Office -> Qualifications page).

2) The table on the left has the maximum number of employees you can manage on ALL subdivisions of a a given type, with the qualification levels you inputed on the first step. The level you're currently at (thus, the number you can manage) is highlighted in yellow.

3) The table's on the right give you the maximum number of employees you can manage in ONE subdivision. On the top of the table (header) there's employee qualification, and on the left (first column) there's the number of employees. The inside of the table is the qualification level required to manage the given number of employees and their qualification. Values above your current qualification are highlighted in red.
It's separated by subdivision types, scroll down to see the others.

Credits and Disclaimer
- The color highlights will only work in Excel 2007 (and above, maybe).
- Credits for the table on the left and for the Factories table on the right go to VVLord. In fact, you can give him ALL the credits Well
- Credits to noglue5 for the coefficients Well

Cheers Well

e.g. I have level 16 in stock rising, according the table I should be able to support 4552 workers, however I have 5 320 employees  and I'm on 100% eff

Top2 and top3 can help each other.
For example, if workload of top2 is only 50% from max, then you may have workload of top3 > 100% and stay with 100% efficiency. Top2 and top3 can help each other up to 20%.

Chamurapi

how were these numbers for farms calculated?

The materials are based on formulas derived empirically.

Good info! However if you have lower than 100% top2 or top3, it will hurt your growth right?

If you have 90% it's ok, but if you have 50%, it will hurt your growth.

Hmm. So it's still a good idea to be near maxed out for both top2 and top3 then. Not precisely

For maxing out top2, does it help if I increase factory worker qualification? Like if I have 500 workers of Q3, but according to the table I can handle Q5 workers. So if I raise their qualification to near 5, production growth will be faster right?

Basic requirements to the employees’ qualification are determined by:
1) the equipment quality
2) the technology of the enterprise
If the top manager’s workload is at maximum, but the efficiency does not fall below 100%, the qualification growth is at its maximum rate.

Thanks Jule. I wonder how much a single subdiv that works below maximum can affect the growth? Also, if an office has much less than 100% administrative load, would factories under this office also have less contribution to growth?

1. In every case it’s different. In general, you can approximately estimate the contribution of each enterprise depending on which part of the total amount of the company’s employees work at the enterprise. Still, it will be a rather rough approximation.
2. There are different skills which influence on offices and factories: for offices it’s your qualification in management, for factories – in production.

Hi Pyrex, again really great charts! I noticed noglues5 has posted a top3 chart that implies a different coefficients than the ones used in your charts.

If you look at the top3 chart he posted here, you can see store's coefficient is 0.1, office's is 0.02, farm's is 0.15.

Your values are very close to these so I don't think there's much to change. But just thought I'd let you know. Here

don't have an account to upload it anywhere on a server, and don't really want to start one..
Pyrex has the file now, or, if someone else has a home for it somewhere on a server, send pm with details and i'll attach the file via email so it can be uploaded
