Good Day!

I would like to ask if I sell off one of my self-invented technology, e.g. Mill Lv2.
Am I still eligible to build a new Mill and introduce Lv 2 tech?

Or since then I will lose the right to introduce that technology?

Thanks for help!

How does the market for technology work, then?

I ask because if I want to buy technology, I can introduce it for....Say....$35 million. Who sold it at $35 million? And what about those that put the price at $30 million?

Price you buy tech for is the average of all sellers prices on the realm.
