I find that the game's developers' limited English proficiency not only makes for odd, curious and humorous phrases but also significantly impedes communication, and in that becomes an additional hampering factor heightening the already too high threshhold for new users to familiarize themselves with Virtonomics.

Perhaps information prior to being published could be internally published for proof-reading so that ambiguities and unidiomatic language could be corrected?

Thank you, the mistake would be corrected.
We always welcome all kinds of suggestions and criticisms, and especially on the subject of localized versions of the game as they are relatively young and still developing.
I don't think it would be possible to publish information for proof-reading as you suggest. But it would be more than reasonable to create a separate topic on forum concerning the translation.
