For some time now, I cannot seem to get "very high" service level for my stores
All efficiencies are on 100% (including responsible office and warehouse), there are more than enough workers (up to 1.5 times the required number sometimes) and it does not matter how high i set the salary, even something like 2000 won't get the service level higher than "very high"... The little info text sometimes says "trade hall not big enough" but my stores are in Tallinn, max store size is 1000 and the trade hall/warehouse loading is just over 20% in that store. but sometimes it just says that customers are happy, yet i cannot get elite service level. i used to have elite service level when the shop started out, but the last 5-10 updates i always had the little "store not at max service level" icon for all my three stores. the only thing i haven't touched yet it the "staff holiday and training" things.. does that have anything to do with it at all? does my staff need training after a while to remain at elite service level? |

| For the stores that would like to maintain elite service level there is an additional condition, namely the number of visitors shouldn't exceed some amount, which in turn depends on the stores' size. For 1000m store this limit is approximately 2000 visitors, while the number of visitors at your store is more that 2 times higher. | |||||

| hm... well i guess double visitors will be better than having first class service level... revenue wise... | |||||

| Yeah i experienced that too. Though I advertised, the customers kept dropping, but the service was elite and my sales keep improving by leaps and bounds.
I think it also depends on the education level, as in quality of the staff. If the quality is too low, as compared to the city average, then you probably won't get Elite service as well. Personally i like to train all my staff all the time. I think quality level of staff for Store/Commerce and Office are essential, if you don't like to pay high wages. And this does not affect your efficiency adversely. Sorry if I'm wrong, I only started playing a month ago. Mike |

| within the boundaries depicted by VLLord, there is definitely also the importance of the staff's qualifications. But if you exceed the numbers in his posts, it simply becomes impossible to maintain an elite service level. Now, I know it is easier to maintain an elite service level in the fashionable district, but I'm not sure that this is tied to that or just a consequence of the amounts of visitors being lower there.
What also helps, is to sell at higher selling prices. That way, you'll sell lower amounts (but with higher margins, check your profits). That also means you need less inventory. That means you'll have more employees available for customer service. It also keeps your trade halls more spacious, which customers tend to like. |

Haha, I didn't know that inventory clogged up the Store. Hmmm, something new to learn and that they affect customer service. |
