please excuse my lack of tact. Why would someone pay 1200 US for a state enterprise? Or who? Yes, please point me toward the people willing to part with 1200 US dollars for access to a non-tangible, unsecuritised "asset", a utility-less number generator marked by the words on a webpage: "cereal farm".
I will give some advice to those thinking of parting with their Northern Euro funded cash; DONT. Russians, on the whole, are nice people. But while the rest of the world was getting on with the magic cure all formula of markets + regulation = standard of living growth, our snow covered Bolshevik northern friends were figuring out flammability, train larceny and national dichotomy's of scale. Fast forward a few years and we western 'future people' are left wondering, are they trying to steal my money? Well, after they've burned, robbed (then sold, bought football clubs) and plundered, the answer my learned friends is YES. From the salmon fields in Sakhalin, to former soviet state elections - Russians have and will only ever be great at [copulating] things for everyone else |

| Game assets, especially Farms, are INSANELY overpriced. This encourages people to keep playing for free or stop playing "on principle". Unfortunately us Westerners are naive enough to assume that the developers want a game that doesn't reflect the Russian economy and political system. That is where we are stupid. |

I agree with that. Moreover I guess virtonomics commercial model is not right. But I can't suggest any other ways. |

Any business owner knows that you price your goods to sell. These guys have done the opposite. I am 100% ok with them charging money for special items to help make my game life easier or to give me an edge on the competition. I know that I would never be willing to invest more than $30 a month into this game. The absolute best thing that these guys can do is to restructure their pricing methods. Offer things that the normal somewhat idiotic player would want (me) that would include anything to boost production higher or create more revenue in my stores. Offer an absolute steal of a deal on at least one product you are selling.. that would motivate me to buy points.. Then I would purchase what I wanted and ... crap points left, but I need a few more to get this other thing that I would like and bam... i've purchased more points. Like it has been said these developers should stick to developing this is a beautiful game even with its faults, but their hugest flaw is their pricing system. I have spent $15 in points so far and that was when I was somewhat new to the game and thought that it would help me somehow... well they really didnt help me at all and I have zero motivation to purchase more points |

| @ SignGuy.. Then you really haven't been spending them well I guess. I typically use points for qualification, or to buy State Enterprises that I can auction off for extra cash.
I don't think posting anything on here is going to make a HUGE difference. If we really want prices lowered somewhat (which I doubt will happen), then make an online petition on a website, and say, "Look, this is the list of people that would start buying or buy more game points/ State enterprises if the cost was reduced.". And I am sure, that with enough people, you can change it. But take your ideas and do something. Not post it on the forums which they rarely look at. |

| Sorry, what did I say that was wrong. The game creators probably won't look at these forums. I don't know what else would be a better solution. If enough people actually message them (email or through the game), I'm sure we can get points lowered. But discussing it on the forums won't really get anywhere..
Sorry for speaking the truth. I'm not trying to come across as mean. I'm just trying to tell you whats up. I've been around this game for a while. Long enough to know that trying to make a statement over the forums doesn't work that well. |

The thing is Globeballa I do not actually need points to get ahead. I have 20 billion liquid right now and I think 40 billion in assets.. For the amount of effort that I put into this game I think that is pretty good. I have no need to use points to purchase state enterprises to auction off because that will just give me more money that I can do nothing with until my qualification increases. You can argue that I should then use them to purchase qualification points... and I can't argue with that. As far as creating a website to pool people together To vote on whether or not they would spend more money if it was cheaper well... that is crass. Ask anyone who does anything on the internet where to go to reach the most players of a certain game and they will tell you the forum. You could always mail each individual player, but I just don't care enough to organize such. I would rather drop this game altogether than to have to put that much effort into putting sense into the creators of a game.
I do respect your comments, but they are coming from the opposite mindset that I currently have so it does cause friction. I do acknowledge game developers rarely listen to the people that they work for.. That's right they work for me because I "the customer" pay their paychecks. You are probably right in your responses that posting here will do nothing to help my cause, but agreeing with you would send my cause in the opposite direction that I would like it to go. |
