Hello everybody,
I have a serious problem with commerce qualification. In most of my stores the status is : - "Qualification of player 23 good safety factor" - "Top manager efficiency 100.00 %" . And with the information I have for this game it mean that everything is fine with qualification, but my store in Essen is working on 43% -- http://virtonomics.com/mary/main/unit/view/2477374 - "Qualification of player 23" - "Top manager efficiency 43.60 %" How can this be ? The increase of commerce qualification is very slow as well. I tried to find some info for this problem but fail. Can someone help me ? |

| I'd say you probably passed your limit of single store employees! I dont know the chart for it though. Try to reduce a bit amount of products and the number of different goods you sell. Get rid of most of your food products. Relative to Electronics most of them are neglectible - Grapes, Sugar, Milk, Flour, ... In addition, although it may be paintfull to your rep you can go back to 10ksqm store - there the demand for the sellers is much lower. With TV ads you'll be able to restore your rep in a few turns. But to do so you need to get rid if most of the food once again as you need your storage in 100ksqm store to be under 10% with some safety. Hope it helps, Good luck |

| Well I dismiss 130 from staff personal and remove the unnecessary products, but still no change in the store efficiency. Any other ideas ? | |||

| 1) not enough workers (have 570, need 605) 2) worker Q too high (have 14.03, need 9.91) your other stores have 100% efficiency probably because either they have less workers than this store, or have lower Q than this store. this store does motor cars and electronics, both departments require workers of higher Q than food 570 workers at 14.03 is too many and too high for your current commerce Q of 23 for this one store. to fix, you can, of course, buy management Q but - would suggest: 1) stop advertising to make number of visitors go down, which will then require less workers 2) reduce department, which will also reduce number of worker required (and, if you get rid of either the motor car or electronics department for this store, would reduce worker Q requirement as well) 3) lower Q of current workers if you lower Q of current workers by quite a lot (no more than about 7 according to noglues5's table), your service level may be low or v low, but at least your work efficiency would get back up. if work efficiency is not at 100%, your commerce Q growth will be quite a bit slower. |

| I am totally agree with Tsang exept the fact that the number of workers only effects the eff of the store and not the Top manager. Besides you shouldnt close you El. dep cause it's were most of your money come from. You may consider make another store in the city for one of the departments to keep the service level high but you must lower the Q of your workers as it is the main reason for top manager overload. |

manager can only handle certain number of workers at x Q. check out noglues5' most helpful post http://virtonomics.com/lien/forum/forum_new/13/topic/101016/view ... , and vllord's indispensible table http://virtonomics.com/lien/forum/forum_new/13/topic/100146/view ... commerce Q23 can handle approx 454 workers at Q8 but close to 900 workers at Q6. getting rid of electronics for this store is just 'faster' because that takes more high Q workers. yes, another store just doing electronics in the same city would be fine, but this store needs to have less stress, or it will become not v profitable |

| well, what I mean is that lower number of workers than required(which he had) doesnt influence the top but only lowering the eff and actually can increase top ocasionaly. | |||||

| I make one more store for motor-cars. And slowly reduce the number of workers. Now the store is at 80% When the new store is powerful enough I will remove the motor-car products from the first one.

Enlight,just like any other table,so I'm not sure what you are asking.But you are WAY TOO concentrated in one region,for sure. |
