I see my success level up and down each days.
But not sure how it is calculated.

Would like to know what's the factors contributing to it?

Success level = total growth rate of all skills (qualifications)

"Level" is the natural growth of all qualifications.

"Success level" is calculated with many more factors. Basically it is a numerical representation of your performance.
Many different types of enterprises = higher success
Higher efficiencies = higher success
More fields and industries = higher success

It doesn't break anything down so it is hard to compare different companies. If you specialise in one field (say commerce) you will find it difficult to get to the same success level as someone who is diversified into all areas.

Your companies position will fluctuate for each of the categories on the achievements page based on the performance of your company and those around the same ranking. The longer you play the more they will stabilise.
