IMPORANT! Because my management qualification is at its limit, I will not accept new contracts right now. Any currently active contracts will stay active of course Well

Updates:
- 2010-06-26: Public sale is mainly shutdown and new rules have come into place.
- 2010-06-23: Blacklist updated http://virtonomics.com/mary/forum/forum_new/101/topic/100762/view/m:99906088/#99906088 (but the company owners don't seem to read anything except their profits anyway...)

Supporters:
Please contact casperb for more food products. He has opened 3 warehosues with food supplies. Read his post here: http://virtonomics.com/mary/forum/forum_new/101/topic/100762/view/m:99904766/#99904766

Currently offered goods
All of our food and grocery wares are advertised worldwide. If not I just have forgotton to setup advertising at an office and in this case please contact me.

Please note that noodles, sweets, sports food and cheese are only available in low volumes. Bread and juices are available at larger volumes as well.

Very low supply for these goods right now

How to make a contract?

1. Sent me a private message or post in this thread (I prefer posts in this thread) with the following information:
a) Where do you sell? (be as specific as possible, i.e. a city not just a country)
b) What do you sell? (of the products mentioned above)
c) How much do you sell? (not the price your will ask for, but the sales volume)
--> be reasonable with your request, I will not sell millions of units of any ware to a single customer. Exceptions for large volumes are bread and juices (max 500k), because I produce millions of units a turn of these.

2. How to order?
a) After I have reviewed your request I will open a warehouse of the smallest size (10 ths. sqm) at the location you mentioned in 1a.
b) There is no "order-limit" per-se since you order from your own personal warehouse, you can order all that is available.
c) I will only open ONE (1) warehouse per customer, so if you sell in many countries, choose the one where you sell the most in 1a.

3. Who can sign a contract?
Everyone who does not have a black company (black company = more than $10 billion in assets). The company colour is indicated by the colour of the company label in forum posts for example.

World's largest supply of juice? I don't know how you managed that. But juice is quite easy to produce, soft drinks are harder, mainly because they need aluminium, which is getting harder to produce since they suck up so much. Retail isn't that hard when it comes down to it, if you are the largest supplier in a city (>50%), then you don't need to fiddle with price, YOU ARE THE PRICE.

I have 8 soft drink factories sitting idle right now, because you name it, Aluminum. I still need to wait for my Aluminum factory to start effective production and then I will have quite a bit of soft drinks as well :-)

Yeah, I have to wait for the upgrade to my current aluminium factory to be ready before I can be self-sufficient. I think I'll go and build another factory for it. But that takes some time. I warn you, aluminium product isn't cheap, so expect early losses, and like steel, takes time for a large output. Each fully upgraded factory takes more than 5000 aluminium, and that's pretty much a small factory right there. So for 8 soft drinks factory, that's about 40k aluminium, which is just under what a fully upgraded factory can produce (that takes 70 turns of build).

A 6000 work places aluminum factory will produce 50k+ with technology bonuses and I have that factory ready as well (idle right now). Only thing is missing is bauxite *g* I guess I have to get my own mine since buying it elsewhere is completely overpriced.

I'm using the independent supplier, might be overpriced but I'd rather not purchase a mine, mainly because the factory will suck up resources extremely quickly. I'm only producing just over 26k Aluminium a turn, and it's taking about 105k in bauxite. Now for 60k Aluminium, that's over 240k bauxite, which is  a lot. Lots of points there dude.

Oh dear, now I'm going to get shafted to third in production now Really?. I should have kept my mouth shut. I'm surprised you didn't know that, normally, before I build new industries, I look for suppliers and see if any independents are around, so I can see whether or not I should build a factory or not. But I'm still the king of Sweets! For now, I can say I produce more microchips than you! To you

That and I have a larger range of manufactories, for now....

It seems my income / subdivision is pretty bad then ;-) but you have to consider that 53% of my subdivisions are mills, so if you count them away there will be dozens of players with more subdivisions. Also about 20% of my subdivisions are not working right now since I built too many too quickly without the money for enough equipment and my own equipment production is... well, laughable ;)

Edit:
There seems to be very little demand for this fund. There are more "yes I like this fund votes" than there are even customers of the fund. Please let me know what can be improved to make this fund more interesting to players. Maybe in-game advertising for funds? Are the prices too high? I think you can make at least 100% retail profit with the factory prices I have set, with eggs even more than 500% retail profit. Of course I make my profit as well, but no one can demand that I sell my products at a loss which would even be illegal in real life :p

I noticed the price updates. If you continue like that, you are going to give your goods away. I think I pay more custom than actual price To you

Well, all that needs to be improved, is the products available. I'm currently buying everything that you have for sale, but that is still only three products. Of course you don't have to provide everything, but we should find a way to get more producers to join. Perhaps some in-game advertisement would work.

The only think I dislike right now is my contract with you which prohibits me from selling in certain regions. But of course, I do understand why you asked that to me. With the price you sell me your bread, I don't see how you would remain a big company if you don't sell anything yourself. The fact that I do see the products in the list of suppliers but am disallowed to order them is like a knife in the heart lol.

I did notice you weren't selling that much, because the available products increase everyday, instead of decreasing.

What about your cola? Will you produce some soon?

Well, it's not like I am selling below prime costs ;) I still make profits. Due to the high tech and high load I have minimized prime costs. And for the bread I produce my own flour which is also a lot cheaper than buying it in the open market.
As I said, I don't want to make large profits from this fund, I rather want other players to grow strong so we can actually work together. For example I can't make a useful deal with a small farmer with 1 farm when one single noodle factory of mine requires 350,000 units of eggs per turn To you

I will have soft drinks available in the next turn and also milk will be available soon for buying.

I have about 15 bread factories or so and I am only using 1 for the fund ;) you guys only ordered so little so a few million stock ramped up there, but I have ordered 9 million units of bread to my two biggest stores in the last turn so storage looks more normal now Well

Oh and about the region rule... you misunderstood something. You can sell the goods you purchase from the fund anywhere you like! I am just asking you not to sell them at a price more than 5% below my own price in areas where I have retail shops myself, that's all. I don't do any retail in Germany right now (simply because I haven't filled the other markets where I am active so expansion is not worthwhile) and that's why I suggest this retail market as it offers good prices and you don't compete with me there with my own products. :-)

I see that you have overtaken me in soft drink production, now I'm back to third, I am very displeased. Has bothered Well, I guess I'll have to build more factories to make sure that I don't lose. Of course, no one will dare compete in my markets, I already own them all...

Anyway, like I said, I would participate in this fund, however, I still need to build up factories so that I have enough supply for myself, let alone others. That and other industries is sort of stretching my production qualification, and that grows as slow as it is anyway. I can't wait until the contest for directors is over, I will get more virts to play with.

Hey don't worry mate :-) before I sell juice and soft drinks anywhere I always check the market and if I see you as a big player there I won't even think about setting up new retail, because there are plenty of other markets where I can sell it :-) ...production is just production, no one except very few experienced players check these stats anyway ;)

If I can help you let me know. I am currently building a few large metal factories, due to the heavy aluminum requirements, but I have no further soft drink factories in line right now.

Edit:
Many new products added to fund!!! Well Well
