Currently offered goods
All of our food and grocery wares are advertised worldwide. If not I just have forgotton to setup advertising at an office and in this case please contact me.
 
Please note that noodles, sweets, sports food and cheese are only available in low volumes. Bread and juices are available at larger volumes as well.

How to make a contract?
 
1. Sent me a private message or post in this thread (I prefer posts in this thread) with the following information:
a) Where do you sell? (be as specific as possible, i.e. a city not just a country)
b) What do you sell? (of the products mentioned above)
c) How much do you sell? (not the price your will ask for, but the sales volume)
--> be reasonable with your request, I will not sell millions of units of any ware to a single customer. Exceptions for large volumes are bread and juices (max 500k), because I produce millions of units a turn of these.
 
2. How to order?
a) After I have reviewed your request I will open a warehouse of the smallest size (10 ths. sqm) at the location you mentioned in 1a.
b) There is no "order-limit" per-se since you order from your own personal warehouse, you can order all that is available.
c) I will only open ONE (1) warehouse per customer, so if you sell in many countries, choose the one where you sell the most in 1a.
 
3. Who can sign a contract?
Everyone who does not have a black company (black company = more than $10 billion in assets). The company colour is indicated by the colour of the company label in forum posts for example.

It's amazing how ignorant people are putting up orders for 1 million + units on a subdivision which name is "Small Order Prio. - Max 500k Bread - Max 50k Others - Larger Orders Cancelled". It's a pain to cancel all these orders... I need to make a suggestion about this in the suggestions forum...

Was it me? Sometimes I could mistakenly put one or two extra 0's when filling out order numbers. But yes an order policy tool would be a great addition to the game.
 
Anyway I hope you do well with your study. However thou shalt not desert people in the world of Mary, for they are so much in love with your delicious foods! So-so

### IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT ###
 
Public sale will soon come to an end due to ongoing violations of the order rules and too many fake orders. Also from now on I will publicly list all people putting up fake orders and violating contract rules in this post!
 
When public sale has come to an end I will go back to private contracts with small companies only! It also requires a lot of management, but actually less than constantly monitoring orders.

I was originally planning to contribute to this fund, however, as interesting as life is, as soon as my technology increased, my products went from excess to shortage again. So I have to build even more factories to solve this problem, and sales in Madrid are far higher than anticipated, so I need more factories in Spain, lucky my aluminium supply has increased, making me the largest producer of it on Mary.
 
Interesting with the blacklist though, I would have thought people would read it, but I guess they just blindly place orders.

I suppose the people who ignore this and don't read the forum, don't even read the name of the subdivision which clearly states the limits on orders. Maybe they even use some scripts to setup orders, because I often huge orders for exactly the remaining amount of wares from these guys.
 
If I can help you out with supplies let me know, I am not investing that much in retailing right now.

Supplies I'm alright with, just waiting until I get my factories in place to save on the transport costs. It's just that supply isn't reached enough, but when the new factories come online, it should be.
 
The ones on your blacklist are often culprits because they do the same on my factories that I let open, mainly because of excess stock. However, they're the first to go if I start chopping contracts.

Mostly Africa, mainly South Africa and Nigeria. The best place for a warehouse is probably Cape Town.
 
b) What do you sell? (of the products mentioned above)
 
Soft drinks, Bread, Noodles, Sports Food and Cheese.
 
c) How much do you sell? (not the price, the sales volume)
 
About 10k of the above, Sports Food around 1k, but I am trying to expand the number of stores to take care of my own production of food (meat, milk etc.)

Actually it's purple ;) ...there seems to be some confusion what black company means. It means assets of $10 billion or more.
